I’m Richard Green III, a multidisciplinary creative and technical professional with more than 20 years of experience turning ideas, information, and complex requirements into practical solutions.
My career began in graphic design and production, but over the years my work has expanded far beyond traditional design. I’ve built a career at the intersection of creativity, technology, manufacturing, customer relationships, and problem-solving. My experience includes graphic and visual communication, technical sales, project management, process improvement, database-driven production systems, customer support, and cross-functional collaboration with teams and organizations around the world. I’m especially drawn to work that requires both creative thinking and practical execution. Whether I’m developing a visual identity, improving a workflow, helping a customer solve a manufacturing challenge, building a system to manage complex production data, or bringing people together around a community initiative, I enjoy finding clarity in complexity and turning ideas into something useful. Outside of my professional work, I have been actively involved in civic and community life, including local government, political campaigns, community organizations, and volunteer initiatives. These experiences have strengthened my belief that good communication, thoughtful collaboration, curiosity, and empathy can create meaningful change.
